President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivered his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 23, 2018 at Quezon City. He delivered a speech of his accomplishments and his plans for th next few months of his tenure. SONA 2018 was delayed by an hour as advice of who will be seated beside President Duterte was not immediately finalized after Pampanga Rep.
